Just in case the General Information didn't address a question or concern that you have, here is a list of some Frequently Asked Questions:
 
What do I do if I forget my sign in information?  If you have an email address, enter your user name and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the main page and a new password will be emailed to you.  If you do not have an email on file, please call the RCS office to obtain the information.
 
Do I have to have an email address in order to register for a class? No, but you will not receive a registration confirmation. Confirmations are only emailed to students after the registration process is completed.
 
Is my credit card information kept on file at RCS?  RCS does not keep any credit card information on file for any payments.
 
Does RCS share any of my profile information with outside organizations?  No, RCS does not sell or share any of your profile information with any outside companies or organizations. Your privacy is respected and protected at all times.
 
When can I register for classes?  Registrations are accepted throughout the semester. Register early to assure your place in a high demand class or to ensure your class will meet minimum student enrollment level.
 
Is there a registration fee? No, there is no registration fee, just a tuition fee and sometimes a material fee, which will be noted.
 
Are non-resident people eligible to register for a class, and if so, is there an additional fee? Anyone can register for a class or trip at no additional cost. Welcome!
 
What can I do if my desired class is full?  If the class is full, there will be a Waitlist box visible. You may choose to put yourself on the waiting list; if an opening occurs, we will contact students on the waitlist in the order received.
 
What if a class I register for is cancelled by RCS?  Sometimes classes do not have enough enrollment to run them. If RCS cancels a class for any reason, you will be notified via phone and email and will receive a full reimbursement by whichever method you paid for the class.
 
If I miss a class can I make it up by attending another class or by making it up next semester?  No, students may not make up absences by attending classes other than their own scheduled class nor by attending the same class the following semester.
 
Can I have a ‘trial class’ to see if I like it?  We’re sorry but trial classes are not permitted. Many instructors are paid by the quantity of registered students.
