Whether you've spent your day in the office or at home taking care of your family, this class is for you! Build core strength and improve balance with or without equipment. Weights and a yoga mat are strongly recommended. Elastic bands and  a pilates ring will kick up your workout! Train your heart with low impact aerobics. Appropriate for everyone. Modifications are always offered. Bring water. Must wear sneakers.
