This combined course focuses on two of the most important areas of the law that the average person needs to know about and will provide significant insights into planning for long-term care, wills, estate planning and probate procedures.  Statistics show that 7 out of 10 elderly people will find their assets depleted to a poverty level within one year if nursing home care is required.  This course will explore the Medicaid laws and the planning options which are available to help protect your assets.  This course will also examine the basics of estate planning, including changes in the Federal and New Jersey Estate Taxes, as well as the use of trusts, how probate works in general and the need for related estate planning documents such as Durable Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.

Learn how to communicate with your dog to get quick, reliable responses to basic obedience commands. Dogs learn to sit, stay, come, walk on a leash without pulling and greet people without jumping up. The most humane and up to date positive clicker training methods will be used. No aggressive or reactive dogs (growls or barks) will be allowed. A questionnaire will be emailed (please update your email address with RCS). Questionnaire and vaccination records must be returned to the Ramsey Community School prior to the first class. Dogs will NOT be allowed in class without a completed questionnaire and copy of vaccine records. One registered person per dog; children must be supervised. Leave your dog at home for the 1st class.
